Jakarta (31/1) – Lintasarta demonstrated its commitment to technological innovation for enhancing competitiveness and service quality in the healthcare sector. This commitment was exemplified as Lintasarta – Owlexa Healthcare, along with PT Mehulinta Teknologi Analitik (MTA), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) at Menara Thamrin Building, Jakarta.
The signing ceremony was led by Lintasarta’s Director & Chief Solution Officer, Zulfi Hadi, alongside MTA Director Alex Raskita Ginting, and accompanied by E-Health Strategic Business Unit General Manager, Feby Ferdinan Syah. This collaboration aims to develop Owlexa Healthcare products such as TPA ASO and IT Healthcare (SIMRS, SIMKlinik, SIMPuskesmas, & Telemedicine) using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, transforming them into a Healthcare Digital Platform.
Zulfi Hadi stated that this partnership will enhance Owlexa Healthcare’s product value and strengthen their market positioning to increase competitiveness. “Through this collaboration with AI implementation, Owlexa will strengthen product differentiation and meet previously unfulfilled customer needs in the market,” he expressed on Wednesday (31/1) in Jakarta.
Feby mentioned that the collaboration will optimize every customer service business process point through AI. She emphasized that driving the presence of excellent products aligned with technological advancements will deliver prime customer experiences, thereby strengthening Owlexa’s market position.
It is targeted that this collaborative product will be completed and introduced to the market by the end of the first quarter or March 2024. Accelerating the product development process aims to promptly meet stakeholder needs in the national healthcare sector and drive company revenue in 2024.
