South Tangerang, 7 October 2022 – Anticipating the increase in digital transaction trends across the globe and in Indonesia, PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta (Lintasarta), a company engaged in the field of Informations and Communication Technology (ICT) Total Solutions, which is a subsidiary of PT Indosat Tbk (Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison/IOH), is engaging into a strategic partnership with PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (PPA). This was marked by the signing of a conditional share sale and purchase agreement between Lintasarta and PPA for the purchase of shares of PT Arta Integrasi Teknologi (ARINT), a subsidiary of Lintasarta.
Today’s signing was conducted by The President Director of Lintasarta, Arya Damar, and the President Director of PPA, Yadi Jaya Ruchandi, and witnessed by the President Director and CEO of Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Vikram Sinha, and the President Director of Artajasa, Moch. Maruf, in Grha Artajasa. This strategic transaction will enhance synergy between IOH, Lintasarta, and PPA to strengthen Artajasa’s role in Indonesia’s digital ecosystem.
In the future, Artajasa will strengthen its services, expand its business scope, to increase customer trust by providing convenience in digital transactions. In addition, this agreement helps in complying with applicable regulations in Indonesia.
President Director of Artajasa, Moch. Maruf, said, “Today we started a historic journey in Artajasa, because this transaction will allow us to innovate in providing new payment solutions and introducing new products in Indonesia’s digital economy.”
On the same occasion, President Director of Lintasarta, Arya Damar, said, “This strategic transaction and cooperation allows Artajasa to provide best-in-class solutions to its customers. In addition, this effort is a form of our compliance with regulations related to the domestic payment system industry, which will ultimately improve customer experience.”
