Jakarta – Lintasarta, an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) total solutions company, received an appreciation of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) at the TOP GRC Awards 2020. Lintasarta received a ‘GOOD’ rating for systems, infrastructure and implementation of good corporate governance (GCG), risk management, and compliance management carried out by the company, so as to support the sustainability improvement of the company’s business performance.
“We hope this award will be a trigger for us, to provide better operational and financial services. So that overall services to Lintasarta customers can be much better than what we have provided today, “said President Director of Lintasarta, Arya Damar, in his remarks when receiving the GRC award online (15/10).
Arya said, this award would be an encouragement for Lintasarta in completing infrastructure and strengthening the implementation of GCG, Risk Management and Compliance which had been pursued optimally. TOP GRC Awards is the largest and most comprehensive GRC award event in Indonesia, which has been attended by hundreds of state-owned companies (state-owned enterprises), public companies, national and multinational private companies.
The company’s participation in the TOP GRC Awards this year with the theme “Integrated GRC for Business Sustainability in New Normal” will be part of the learning process and increasing commitment and implementation of GRC for Lintasarta and other participating companies. This is one of the supporting factors for sustainable business growth, having a positive impact on national economic development, especially in “challenging” times like today.
“Hopefully this award activity can encourage the implementation of GRC among businesses, government and society in order to lead to a better direction,” said Arya.
This annual corporate award activity is organized by Top Business magazine in collaboration with Komite Nasional Kebijakan Governance (KNKG), Indonesia Risk Management Professional Association (IRMAPA), Institute of Compliance Professional Indonesia (IcoPI) and supported by the Lembaga Kajian Nawacita (LKN), Sinergi Daya Prima (SDP), Faculty of Economics Unpad Bandung, Solusi Kinerja Bisnis (SKB), SGL Management, Dwika Consulting, and Melani & Associate.
