Jakarta (07/07) Management of Lintasarta and the Lintasarta Employees Union officially agreed on a number of points of change in the Collective Labor Agreement (PKB) which are valid from 2023 to 2025. The ceremony for signing the minutes of the PKB was held on July 7, 2023 by Lintasarta’s President Director, Mr. Bayu Hanantasena and Chairman of SEKALA, Riswan Efendi Hasibuan, at Penang Bistro, Kebon Sirih, Jakarta. The signing ceremony was also witnessed by management representatives and SEKALA members.
The PKB negotiations between management and SEKALA have been held since April 17 2023 and officially reached an agreement on June 22 2023. The PKB negotiations were attended by 9 representatives of the Lintasarta Employees Union and 9 management representatives and discussed seven points of proposals and 2 points of discussion that did not need to be responded to.
In addition to the 7 points of discussion proposed by the union, HCM & QPR Management also proactively evaluates 41 employee benefits currently in effect at Lintasarta. The evaluation process is based on Lintasarta’s position on the market issued by Mercer. The survey results are based on a survey conducted on 105 companies engaged in technology. Apart from that, the discussion was also based on Lintasarta’s position on the Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison group.
In a challenging company condition, management has agreed to changes to Lintasarta’s benefits which are effective on July 3, 2023. The benefits that have changed include employee treatment, outpatient care, inpatient care, glasses, retirement age limit, notebook ownership program, official travel, paternity leave, family death leave, relocation home visits, child birth gifts, and teaching incentives. Details of individual changes can be seen on the humanist application or the Owlexa application.
Regarding the results of the agreement reached, management through HCM & QPR Management has conducted outreach to Lintasarta employees on Tuesday, 25 July 2023 in a hybrid manner from the Arcadia Building and the Microsoft Teams service. Changes in benefits obtained by employees are expected to provide additional benefits and welfare for employees. In addition, the PKB is also continuously updated to reinforce and clarify the rights and obligations of workers and companies.
