Lintasarta Distributes Dividends of 36.23% of Total Net Income to Shareholders

Jakarta, 12 May 2023 – Lintasarta, a leading Information and Communication Technology (ICT) total solutions company in Indonesia, held the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of Lintasarta. The results of the AGMS decided that Lintasarta would distribute dividends of 36.23% of total profit net to shareholders.

The board of directors presented the company’s improved performance during 2022 at the AGMS. Lintasarta’s operating revenues increased by around 6.8% compared to the previous year. In 2023, EBITDA was recorded to have increased by around 13% growth from the previous year. “Lintasarta’s excellent growth and performance in 2022 was driven by several business and corporate initiatives that we carried out together. During 2022, Lintasarta has carried out several important collaborations through subsidiaries and joint ventures,” said Triharry Darmawan Oetji, Corporate Secretary General Manager of Lintasarta.

In accordance with the provisions of the company’s articles of association, the term of service for some of Lintasarta’s directors ends at the 2023 AGMS. Shareholders then appointed Bayu Hanantasena as the Main Director of Lintasarta, with the belief that Bayu’s expertise and experience will continue the hard work of previous management and respond to future challenges with growing opportunities. in the ICT industry.

Various corporate actions, collaborations and company initiatives were carried out throughout 2022. Lintasarta together with Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) and BDX Asia Data Center Holdings Pte. Ltd. established a data center company and business in Indonesia named PT Starone Mitra Telekomunikasi (BDx Indonesia). BDx Indonesia was built jointly with a total value of IDR 4.4 trillion, and is projected to increase capacity, expand target markets, and improve the quality of global standard data center services in Indonesia.

In addition, as an effort to develop a business portfolio and comply with Bank Indonesia regulations, Lintasarta also traded shares of its subsidiary, PT Arta Integrasi Teknologi (ARINT), with PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (PPA). This share sale and purchase transaction was carried out to anticipate the trend of digital transactions in the world and to strengthen Artajasa’s role in the Indonesian digital ecosystem.
