Jakarta, 23 October 2023 – Lintasarta, a total solution Information and Communication Technology (ICT) company, and PT Bina Karya (Persero), a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which carries out property development in the Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) under the management of the IKN Authority , formalized the strategic collaboration in signing an agreement for the construction of information & communication technology facilities at IKN on Monday, October 23 2023.
“The signing of this agreement marks the strong commitment of both companies to jointly build and develop information technology infrastructure in IKN, especially for Lintasarta’s main customers who are moving to the area. “This collaboration is aimed at providing information & communication technology facilities with the latest technology to support the needs of customers, businesses and the community at IKN,” said Bayu Hanantasena, Main Director of Lintasarta.
Apart from that, in an effort to improve ICT services for customers at IKN, Lintasarta and PT Bina Karya also agreed to build, operate and manage telecommunications network infrastructure. Apart from building information & communication technology facilities, Lintasarta also plans to be involved in providing township management solutions at IKN carried out by PT Bina Karya. This involves holistic management of information technology infrastructure to support sustainability and operational efficiency in the region.
The signing of this collaboration was attended by representatives of the directors and high-level management of Lintasarta, PT Bina Karya, and the Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara (OIKN). This event is an important moment to celebrate the newly formed partnership, as well as a form of real commitment to supporting the development of information technology at IKN.
