Singapore (1/3), Lintasarta emerged as the winner in the Technology Innovation of the Year – Indonesia category at the 2024 Asian Telecom Awards, marking the company’s achievement in developing ‘Talita,’ also known as the ‘Lintasarta Virtual AI Assistant.’ Talita, derived from the acronym ‘Tanya Lintasarta’ or ‘Talk to Lintasarta,’ was designed to revolutionize internal information access for employees and enhance customer and employee satisfaction.

Talita simplifies access to critical internal information, such as company data management, business processes, Work Instructions for Lintasarta products, Internal Applications, IT infrastructure, email drafting, presentation slide design, recommendations, quiz creation, IT/Network tips & tricks, and multi-language support.
To prepare employees for seamless business process transitions with the virtual assistant, Lintasarta implemented comprehensive training programs and internal support systems, optimizing team performance in customer service delivery.
Bayu further explained, “Customers have benefited from improved efficiency through Talita, which extracts information from various internal sources, providing comprehensive insights and enhancing the speed and quality of daily activities. Since December 2023, Talita has generated millions in opportunities and prospects, reducing IT ticket volumes for inquiries by about 30%.”

Talita also provides interactive information on internal policies and aids in faster decision-making, facilitating better understanding of company policies. The Speech-to-Text feature has enhanced user interactions with Talita, enabling employees to access precise and up-to-date information effortlessly.
