Implementation Boost: IOH and Lintasarta Establish Strategic Partnership with West Tulang Bawang Barat Lampung Regency

Lampung (07/02), PT Indosat Tbk (Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison), through its authorized channel partner (ACP) Indosat Business, PT Distribusi Sukses Mandiri (DSM), along with its subsidiary PT Aplikanusa Lintasarta (Lintasarta) through its Owlexa Healthcare business unit, announced a strategic partnership to implement and support digitalization at 16 Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) and 1 clinic in West Tulang Bawang Barat (Tubaba), Lampung. The collaboration included signing a commitment to cooperation between Indosat Business, Lintasarta, DSM, and the Health Department of West Tulang Bawang Barat Regency (Tubaba) in Tulang Bawang Barat, Lampung, on Wednesday (7/2).

Senior Vice President (SVP) – Head of Business to Business (B2B) Small Medium Business (SMB) Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Mr. Widirianto Hendro Trilaksono, Senior Vice President (SVP) Regional Commerce Lintasarta, Mr. Sigit Pramudyantoro, Director of DSM, Mr. Ridwan Sani, and the Head of Health Department of Tubaba Regency, Mr. Majril, S.Kep., Ns.MM., signed the cooperation commitment. Additionally, DSM Director, Mr. Ridwan Sani, along with leaders from 16 Puskesmas and 1 clinic, signed the technical cooperation agreement for the implementation and support of the Community Health Center Management Information System (SIM) as part of the digitalization commitment in Tubaba, Lampung.

Mr. Fitrah Muhammad, Commerce Director of Lintasarta, highlighted that implementing the SIMPuskesmas service package, Indosat’s connectivity solution, and tablet devices as a comprehensive solution meets the needs of healthcare facility operators in the region. This partnership marks a significant stride in the digital transformation of local governments, bolstered by the confidence of officials from the Health Department of Tubaba Regency, Lampung.

Ultimately, this collaboration aims not only to benefit Tubaba, Lampung but also to expand to other regions, demonstrating a commitment to advancing digital infrastructure, transformation, and innovation in local government healthcare sectors, thereby accelerating digital transformation in healthcare sectors as envisioned by the Ministry of Health representing the central government.
