Facing the New Normal, This is the ICT Solution for Banking Industry from Lintasarta

Jakarta, 24 June 2020 – Lintasarta supports banking industry to implement the New Normal policy by introducing sophisticated ICT solutions. These solutions will be further deliberated in the webinar event specifically for banking industry on Wednesday, 24 June 2020 at 14.00 WIB. Banking sectors measured to be one of the industries that have been moderately-affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, starting from the severe credit impairment to the liquidity crisis. Since the government has already entered the phase of a new normal in Indonesia, banking sectors are expected to grow amidst the pandemic.

“Bank is one the industries that we are going to support by providing solutions that we have prepared, it is hoped this would help bank business players to get back on track and serve customers,” said Arya Damar, Lintasarta President Director.

As bank needs to implement and prepare the new methods, Lintasarta has established several product solutions such as Lintasarta Digital Queuing System, Lintasarta Electronic Know Your Customer (E-KYC), Thermal Monitoring and Mask Detection, Lintasarta Managed Security Services and Omni CRM.

Lintasarta E-KYC will help to ease the process of opening a new bank account for customers or to enroll new loans without having gone to the bank. However, if the customers are still required to go to the bank, they could register the queue online with Lintasarta Digital Queuing System.

At the same time, Thermal Monitoring and Mask Detection solution will function to monitor the body temperature of all employees or visitors who will enter the bank premise, either individually or massively. Notifications in the form of colour changes to individuals exposed through CCTV will be shown when a person’s body temperature changes beyond normal limits or when they are not using a mask.

Arya added, a security solution is highly necessary to keep the banking system secure and monitor the potential cyberattacks and crimes.
